About This Project
Complete tear-off and replacement of a 2,400 sq ft residential roof in SE Portland. The homeowner had an aging 25-year-old asphalt shingle roof showing significant granule loss, two active leak points, and deteriorating flashing around the chimney. Sullivan Roofing performed a full tear-off to the decking, inspected and replaced damaged sheathing, and installed a premium 50-year architectural shingle system with ice and water shield throughout the valley areas.
