• Messages, documents, photos, and other content you submit
• Usage analytics and feature interactions
• Device and log data

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Operate, secure, support, and improve the platform
• Match homeowner requests with potentially relevant contractors
• Deliver user-directed messages, invitations, referrals, and shared documents
• Provide customer support
• Generate analytics and reports within your account
• Improve AI systems and features

TradeBase may analyze aggregated and de-identified platform data to produce industry insights, pricing benchmarks, and market trends. We do not design those outputs to identify individual users or businesses.

Data Sharing

We disclose information to service providers that support hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, payments, AI features, security, and platform operations. These may include Replit, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and OpenAI, depending on the features you use.

When a homeowner submits a service request, relevant request details may be shown to matching contractors. Contact details are disclosed only through the platform's claimed-lead or accepted-communication workflows. Content a user chooses to publish is visible publicly. We do not sell personally identifiable customer data.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into TradeBase. We hold a non-exclusive license to store and process it as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload any data you submit.

AI Features

TradeBase includes AI features that generate job descriptions, scopes of work, summaries, and recommendations. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. You are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before using it in your business.
